CTO gesucht für AI services for simulation of real human personalities

Hi, pal,
I am looking for a CTO to look over the AI and website design for the moment.
So someone with AI and/or website programming experience would be wonderful.

The key requirements are (skills are not at important as passion and personality, but something fundamental would be great):
1-Enthusiastic about creating an AI product that related to social media, and genuinely want to join a startup;
2-Ability to learn and manage 3rd party programmers if needed;
3-Organized, logically thinking and efficient in work;
4-Have basic knowledge and actual coding experience about AI and/or social media sites/apps.

At the moment, 1st version of my AI MVP is already ready. The tasks of my CTO would include:
1. Upgrade the MVP based on customer needs in the future.
2. Manage the company website and incorporate AI functions into web/app platform.
3. Gather and monitor data from system end, and come up with improvement directions.
4. Monitor and manage 3rd party developers to fulfill IT related assignments.
