Role Overview



As a Mobile Application Developer at Reach Goals, you'll lead our mission's charge. Your role is dynamic, offering a blend of remote work flexibility and the vibrant energy of our Frankfurt or Zürich office. Here's a glimpse into what you'll be doing:


- Crafting and maintaining our mobile application using Flutter/Dart.
- Ensuring peak performance, usability, and security of the app.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, making meaningful contributions to design, development, and testing.
- Thriving in a full-time role that thrives on innovation and growth.


Qualifications We're Seeking



To thrive in this role, you'll need:


- A solid background in the Flutter/Dart Development Framework or similar hybrid app development frameworks.
- A proven track record of developing, testing, and deploying mobile applications.
- Proficiency in both IOS and Android Mobile Operating Systems, complemented by cross-platform app development expertise.
- A mastery of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Coding prowess in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Swift, or Kotlin.
- Familiarity with relational and nonrelational databases, including MySQL, MongoDB, or SQLite.
- The ability to craft clean, maintainable code and the knack for creative problem-solving.
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent relevant experience.
- Outstanding communication skills and a collaborative spirit, well-suited for cross-functional teamwork.
- Bonus points if you're familiar with agile software development methodologies.
