Overview:
ART0 is a Brussel-based start-up aspiring to revolutionize the arts ecosystem. We are seeking a co-founding CTO to drive our technical enhancement, develop strategies, and ensure our platform meets the needs of the cultural community. This role requires someone with a passion for performing arts and a deep understanding of community engagement platforms.

Our innovative platform challenges the traditional management model and fosters a cross-border cultural community that facilitates new, engaging and independent performances for today's audiences. Since our pilot test in 2023, we successfully worked with performances in Brussels, Antwerp, and London to drive results in audience engagement, and facilitate their community building.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement solution for deployment and hosting
• Bring our early stage product to the next level and turn it into a fully scalable product
• Build an innovative social marketplace
• Collaborate on all aspects of the business to ensure seamless integration of technology.
• Support the fundraising round with your strategic plans on AI integration

What We’re Looking For:
• Prior Full-stack experience in a start-up environment.
• Familiarity with PERN, Nginx or similar technologies.
• Ability to develop and deploy social platform/ marketplace
• Interests in AI, and its applications.
• Data Science or Machine Learning knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to test and enhance products based on data and feedbacks
• Europe based and can travel to Brussels when needed.

• Young, international, driven, and curious team with in-depth experience in the performing arts industry
• Access to a diverse market including Europe, UK, Hong Kong, and Taiwan
• Free tickets to all our partnering performances
• We are currently raising fund and looking to close a seed round of €600K by the end of 2024/ early 2025 to support our development, sales, and operation needs. Until funding is secured, we work with a participation model on equity compensation, the amount will be negotiated based on commitment, experience, and merits.
