First of all: Years of professional experience is not an indication that YOU can deliver productive, visionary and innovative results - because quantity is no guarantee of quality!

We are looking for team players with an open mindset who will dare to do the unthinkable with us, something that no one has dared to say before.

We regularly talk about our emotional state and regular retrospectives, even spontaneous ones, are "key players" for our daily drive! Because we can only achieve great things from week to week if we work on improving every day!
