First of all: Years of professional experience is not an indication that YOU can deliver productive, visionary and innovative results - because quantity is no guarantee of quality!

We are looking for team players with an open mindset who will dare to do the unthinkable with us, something that no one has dared to say before.

We stick together through thick and thin. We also support each other in exciting, stressful, demotivating phases - which are noticeable every week, especially as a startup. You should be aware of that.

And very, very important: There is nothing more important to us than "communication". We talk about all topics, blockers. We regularly talk about our emotional state and regular retrospectives, even spontaneous ones, are "key players" for our daily drive! Because we can only achieve great things from week to week if we work on improving every day!

- You will disrupt a whole industry in a positive way selling our product to smart IT companies and teams.
- In the future, if you see yourself in that role: You will build a team of productive sales oriented team players and together with marketing you will empower our vision to grow as high as possible.
