Your role: We are looking for a talented all-rounder with the potential to become a co-sponsor, who will become an integral part of our management team and take over management activities. Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience as a manager with experience in management, controlling, project management and employee management.
- Experience in leading teams, building structures, managing change processes and dealing with stakeholders.
- At least 3 years experience as a prosecutor or managing director (von Vorteil).
Experience with financing processes of startups (von Vorteil).
- At least 3 years of experience in a company in the areas of textile production, textile finishing or sustainable products.
- At least 6 years of experience in 2 of the 4 areas described: Marketing & Communication: Building and optimizing online and offline channels, understanding relevant KPIs, Growth Hacking, and Customer Journey Oriented Marketing.
- Frontend development: e-commerce/service platforms, customer portals, close coordination of UX designers and IT developers.
- Branding & Graphics: Creative skills and sense of aesthetics and design, knowledge of graphic design software, marketing affinity.
- Textile development: design, branding, cutting development, material procurement, production process coordination, sustainability criteria.

Tasks:

- Management activities: Strategic cooperation: close cooperation with the partner in the implementation of the strategic orientation and business plan.
- Implementation of business plans: play a key role in the preparation and implementation of the next multiannual business plans from 2025.
- Team management and project management: leadership and management of the entire team, with role model for the organization.
- Increase in efficiency: ensuring efficient and efficient operation through best practices and implementation of business planning and financing objectives.
- Stakeholder cooperation: close cooperation with different stakeholders depending on the core resort (z.B. Textil- und Druckproduzenten, Marketing, IT).
- Result analysis: analysis and optimization of the results, as well as consultation with the team.

- Site development: team-building at the Munich site.

Resorts (2 of 4 areas):


1. Head of Marketing: Strategy development:
Development and implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer gain, focusing on online.
Channel management: optimizing and managing various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, affiliates and more.
Content creation: creation of high-quality marketing content for lead generation.
Campaign analysis: analysis and optimization of marketing campaigns in terms of effectiveness and ROI.
Partnerships: Identification and development of (co-branding) marketing partnerships to increase reach.
Team coordination: Work closely with the sales department to synchronize marketing and sales activities.


2. Head of Product Development (Frontend/E-Commerce/Wholesale Services):
Platform Optimization: Design, design and optimization of the B2B platform and B2C online shop.
User research: conducting or coordinating user research, interviews and analyses to include the needs of the target group.
UX Strategies: Support in the development and implementation of UX strategies to improve user-friendliness.
Sales optimization: Continuous monitoring and optimization of sales based on user feedback and best practices.
Project coordination: close coordination with IT developers for the implementation of various projects.


3. Brand & CI coordination:
Visual identity: development and implementation of a holistic visual identity that reflects our brand values and goals.
Design creation: design and co-design of graphics, illustrations, advertising materials and packaging designs.
Styleguides: creation of style guides and design guidelines to ensure visual uniformity.
Teamwork: Collaboration with marketing, product development and sales to create visual content.
Market analysis: market analysis and trend research to ensure the relevance and timeliness of visual branding.
Resource management: managing external resources such as photographers, graphic designers, illustrators and design agencies.


4. Textile and product development & supply chain:
cutting development: design, cutting and material procurement for B2C and B2B projects.
Network development: Expansion of the sustainable production partner network in Europe and Asia.
Production coordination: planning, implementation and coordination of samples up to total production for wholesale projects as well as own cuts and designs.
Demand analysis: collaboration with the sales team and regular needs analysis to expand the product range.
Sustainability criteria: Establishment and implementation of comprehensive sustainable criteria for transparency and expansion of the service offer for customers.
