Currently working on:
- building and validating the business case and financial model
- developing and testing the prototype with first paying customers
- preparing business plan & pitch deck for seed funding investment round
- developing and testing go-to-market assumptions


Possible tasks (up for discussion according to your expectations):
- further refining the business case and strategy for ChangePath
- co-creating a go-to-market strategy for a B2C web app
- support in fundraising and overseeing the financial model for ChangePath
- act as a sparring partner to the Co-Founder for the joint development of the product

- a leading role in an early stage start-up and the possibility to actively shape its trajectory
- become a Co-Founder with equity
- a highly motivated and passionate Co-Founder with team building experience
- the opportunity to build an impact start-up from the ground up (company is not incorporated yet)
- regular sessions with a renowned start-up mentor
- a solid foundation with extensive market research, a first prototype, first paying customers, a website, branding, a business plan and well established network
- the opportunity to bring in your own ideas and suggestions and to further refine the business model
