- Education: Management Degree, Master in Business Administration, Finances
7 years + proven experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Consulting Business, Finances
Strong track record of driving sales growth and successfully managing large-scale ecosystem-projects
- Proven experience in a CEO or similar leadership role within a tech startup or high-growth company
Handling investor relations and supporting management team to apply for fundings
You work collaboratively with your colleagues and consider what is best for the team. Diversity and inclusion are important to you.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- You are an impact-oriented person who wants to work with hand, heart and head for sustainable change.
- The following language skills are a prerequisite: excellent German & English.

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the company, with a particular focus on driving sales growth and ensuring effective project management. The CEO will lead the executive team in executing the company’s mission, developing new business opportunities, and enhancing customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in sales and project management who can inspire and guide a diverse team towards achieving our ambitious goals.
