Company Overview: INFISO is a startup dedicated to revolutionizing the equipment leasing sector with our digital B2B marketplace. Join us as a Social Media & Marketing Specialist to help secure the EXIST Business Start-up Grant and shape the future with us.

Collaboration Opportunity: In collaboration with INFISO's founding team, the Social Media & Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in our application for the EXIST Business Start-up Grant. This grant aims to secure personal livelihoods through scholarships, offering:

€3,000/month for founders with a PhD
€2,500/month for graduates with a university degree
€2,000/month for technical staff
€1,000/month for students

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to enhance our online presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Network and collaborate with other creators in our industry to increase our brand's visibility.
- Work closely with our co-founders to creatively represent our brand and effectively communicate our mission.
- Produce engaging, high-quality content tailored to our target audience, driving awareness and engagement.

Requirements:
- Ability to commit to INFISO for at least 12 months, aligning with the EXIST Start-up Grant timeline.
- Fluent in German and English.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
- Demonstrated ability to independently take initiative and generate innovative ideas.
- Proven experience in thriving within collaborative, fast-paced environments.
- Interested in joining a startup team for the application of the EXIST Business Start-up Grant.

Nice to Have:
- Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or technology.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp.
- Video editing capabilities.
