Social isolation can decrease your lifespan up to 4 years, while one out of three people feels lonely in industrialized countries. That is why, at philia.health we want to tackle the loneliness epidemic. We use research-based methods to help people build and maintain fulfilling relationships, leading to healthier and happier lives. Combining deep academic expertise with a lean startup approach, we build a prevention course that teaches evidence-based methods on improving relationships. To do so, we implement well-established digital health methods like tracking and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for the field of social health. Because relationships matter!
