Tech-affin Business Co-Founder gesucht für A Specialized CDN Startup

You want to shape a deep tech startup from the start? I am searching for a competent co-founder that can take over most business aspekts of a startup but is proficient in Software Development as well. The whole idea is very technical, the target group are software developers, and at least in the early stage there will be a more software than business tasks. Ideally, you are:

- an expert in your field

I need you only part-time during the next months for the EXIST Forschnugstransfer application and some early work, and full-time mid 2025.

Buidling a Content-Delivery-Network (CDN) specializing on REST API traffic. The Next-Gen data broker for enterprise API application traffic.

During my research I could develop a prototype that should work nicely in a start up. Currently, a patent process is on-going with TUM that should be a great starting point for a unique selling point and initial funding.

Herausforderungen

The current challenges are to find and get to know co-founders (for a team of 2-3). Apply for "EXIST Forschungstransfer". The funding reasults in 2-4 full-time positions for 1.5 years to develop the product and covers material expenses. Application takes 5-6 month to complete. Finish my PhD in the next 5 months. Start working on the startup mid 2025.
