CTO gesucht für Mental Wellbeing App

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) who shares our vision and can bring both technical and strategic insights to our product development. You will play a key role in building our app, which focuses on mental health and personal development.

Your Profile:
- Strong experience in app development using Flutter or similar technologies.
- At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a dynamic startup environment.
- A combination of hands-on mentality and strategic vision.
- UX/UI experience is desirable, and Figma skills are a plus.
- Availability for at least 25 hours per week and a desire for a long-term collaboration.
- Passion for mental health and personal growth topics.

Your Responsibilities:
- Build a scalable technical architecture that will serve as the foundation for our growth.
- Be hands-on in programming and develop a user centric MVP and app for ios and android based on first drafts
- In the future: collaborate with an international developer team to ensure effective and smooth product development.
- Actively shape a product that not only meets the needs of users but also has a sustainable impact.
