As the CTO, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the technological infrastructure of our platform, including app development, backend systems, and integrations with financial and regulatory frameworks. You will oversee a team of developers and ensure compliance with fintech regulations, while aligning technology strategy with the company’s business goals.

Technical Expertise
Proven experience in app development, backend systems, and infrastructure architecture.
Hands-on expertise in programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).

Regulatory Knowledge
Strong understanding of fintech and banking regulations, including KYC, AML, PSD2, GDPR, and similar compliance frameworks.
Experience integrating compliance systems into technology platforms.

Leadership and Strategy
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in senior technology roles, including CTO or similar leadership positions.
Proven track record of managing and scaling developer teams.
Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.

IN FRAUENHAND (iFH) offers a Digital Affiliate Platform, to support women-owned businesses. The businesses are listed by industry. We offer different marketing Tools for the businesses, hence an extra distribution channel, more visibility and awareness.
