As Lead Developer, you will:
• Collaborate on Prototype Development: Work closely with an external development company to ensure the creation of a high-quality, scalable prototype.
• Technical Oversight: Review and guide the external team to align the technical implementation with the product vision and long-term goals.
• Internal Transition: Build the foundation for an in-house development team to take over the platform’s further development and maintenance.
• Innovate with AI: Utilize your expertise in machine learning and generative AI to create adaptive, cutting-edge solutions that redefine online mental health care.
• Compliance and Security: Advocate for and implement best practices in line with standards like ISO/IEC 27001, MDR (Medical Device Regulation), and GDPR, ensuring the product meets data privacy and security requirements.
• Strategic Partner: Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and integrate features that maximize user impact and product market fit.
