Your role and responsibilities: As a co-founder in the Technology & Quantitative Trading Strategies division, you are the central element of technical development and product innovation at QuantumScale. Your main task will be to design, test and continuously optimize sophisticated algorithmic trading strategies.

Your specific tasks include:
• Strategic development and continuous improvement of our trading algorithms
• Management of product development including leadership and expansion of the technological development team
• Execution of comprehensive backtests, simulations, performance analyses and validation methods for trading algorithms
• Strategic identification of new market opportunities and technology trends
