• Technical vision: Responsibility for the technological direction and ensuring the scalability, reliability and security of our solutions. • Product development: Further development of the existing software architecture and implementation of AI-supported functions. • Team leadership: Leading and nurturing a talented development team that includes a mix of experienced and new talent. • Scaling & innovation: Creating a technological basis for expansion and continuously driving innovation. Technology stack: o IoT: Data transmission via MQTT o Mobile app: Flutter, Dart o Web app: Next.js, GraphQL APIs, php, Postgres DB o Infrastructure: Docker and Kubernetes, Hetzner Cloud o Middleware: Design and maintenance of an efficient architecture o SOA Architecture: Service oriented architecture • Quality management: Ensuring the highest standards in code quality, testing and documentation. • Scaling up the architecture layer from monolithic to middleware, lightweighting & secure architecure • Technical steering and technical roadmapping with business stakeholders and together with agile development team

We are looking for a technical co-founder who wants to build a product and company which will revolutionize how sales is done in B2B / consulting. We have a prototype and a significant customer pipeline with a potential annual revenue of 1.6 mio € already. So you would be part of a co-founding team in a fast growing startup! We want to hire additional development resources in the next few months and involve external service providers which we already have as well. So part of your tasks then would be leading the product development, architecture design and operation of the software. Additionally, you would be part of overall company strategy decisions.
