Requirements:

Completed university degree in business administration, engineering, computer science or a comparable degree programme.
First practical experience through internships / working student activities, ideally in a start-up, in consulting or in a medium to large company.
Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
High motivation, initiative and the ability to work both independently and in a team and Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365.
Flexibility, openness to new ideas and willingness to visit other team members in Berlin, Frankfurt and St. Georgen in the Black Forest.

• Degree in computer science, engineering, business informatics or a comparable course of study.
• Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally in a start-up or a fast-growing company.
• Technical know-how: In-depth knowledge of IoT technologies, modern app and web development and cloud infrastructure (e.g. Hetzner, Docker, Kubernetes) or AWS, Azure, etc.
• Analytical skills and the ability to grasp complex technical challenges quickly.
• Strong communication skills in German and English: You can efficiently connect technical and non-technical teams.
• High level of self-motivation and commitment, combined with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to work with partners and team members in different locations (e.g. Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich).
• Innovative spirit and creativity to develop and drive forward AI-supported solutions and new features.
