I'm looking for someone who has done Hackathons in the past win or lose. Who doesn't shy away when there's a new code language to learn. Who doesn't say "no" when something seems impossible, but instead "what if?" An engineer who is full-stack but also has practiced and honed in their own leadership style. Experience building and launching cool side projects with React Native. A passion for music and art. A person principled with their own philosophy and values. A good listener and communicator. Someone who is right fit for this role has probably tinkered with tone js and built web app experiments in the past. They've also launched on Google Play Store and iOS but perhaps those projects were not a huge mainstream success. An underdog looking to prove their self.
