- You have several years experience either in product management or software development
- You are highly ambitious, equipped with an entrepreneurial mindset, and don’t shy back from a challenge – you strive to be a founder of a high growth venture
- Ideally you are riding yourself or have some experience in the horsing industry
- Experience in IB, PE, VC, consulting or early-stage startup is a plus
- Work on your own – self-motivated, hands-on, pro-active problem-solver mindset
- Fluency in German and English
- You are a leader with the capacity to motivate others, good team-building abilities, and outstanding communication skills
