Pretty much nothing, I have the time to let you grow with the Project and Team.

Because the Startup itself will constantly grow and evolve, while also constantly having new demands for Projects, Services and Platforms.

Allowing me to start with any kind of Skill experience, because we have the time to let you grow into it.



Now about the situation itself.

I'm looking for Teammates to help me out with this Project.

You would start with a volunteer Position in the beginning of the Project phase and would slowly build up to a Fully-fledged teammate Position. This will allow me to understand more about you, the Project, while also helping with the non-profit stage we are in right now.

Of course, we will pay you, but this will come a bit later, after the finances allow it.

That’s one of the reasons why you start out with a volunteer position.
