For building our startup we need someone that has the following skills:
- Building a startup from scratch with an innovative idea in the clean tech hydrogen industry
- Combination of business development and management skills with technological understanding for the product (H2, CO2) and concepts (Blockchain, Metaverse, Commodity Market)
- Leadership skills to manage a team of +10 people
- Visionary mindset and hands-on mentality

Additionally, we need someone with the following experience:
- already built a startup from scratch or parts of it
- experience in the clean tech industry (hydrogen and/or blockchain is a plus)
- already had the responsibility to lead people and manage operations
- (would be plus) experience with a research startup and the research environment in general
