We are a group of individuals interested in mental health.
During our university studies, we discovered that Social Skills and emotional training are essential in overcoming Social Anxiety. With over 4 million students in Europe alone suffering from social anxiety, we realized there was a lack of sufficient resources available to address this issue. We were eager to learn these skills ourselves and to help others do the same, which led us to develop a mobile app that provides personalized training grounded in scientific research utilizing social skills training.
