The story behind Bettersoon began during my final year of veterinary school when I started my practical year. I witnessed many unhappy colleagues, both veterinarians and veterinary assistants, dealing with chaotic practice workflows and uncertain, stressed pet owners. These experiences inspired me to create Bettersoon, an AI-driven solution to streamline veterinary practices and provide pet owners with accessible, reliable medical advice, ultimately improving the well-being of both animals and professionals in the field.
