Proven experience as a Legal Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or similar role, with strong knowledge in public sector and regulatory frameworks.
Deep understanding of legal compliance, data privacy laws (especially GDPR), and working within GovTech or SaaS environments.
Expertise in developing relationships with public sector institutions, government agencies, NGOs, and corporate clients.
Experience negotiating contracts, partnership agreements, and compliance across both B2B and B2C sectors.
Ability to manage risk assessment and ensure legal security for our operations and partnerships with public bodies.
A strategic thinker with the capacity to advise on corporate governance, legal strategy, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
