I am looking for a Data Scientist / ML to join as a Co-Founder and develop AI-powered models that provide smart insights for farmers, helping optimize resources, automate processes, and drive precision agriculture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Data Science.
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy / Pandas / TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn).
• Experience with geospatial data and GIS tools (PostGIS / GeoPandas / Google Earth Engine).
• Knowledge of big data technologies (Apache Spark / Dask / Kafka).
• Expertise in cloud-based AI/ML development (AWS / GCP / Azure).
• Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and API integration.
• Experience with satellite imagery, IoT sensor data, or time-series forecasting is a plus.
• Very good speaking and writing level of English must have.

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile apps
• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with Webflow (or willingness to learn)
• Strong understanding of design systems, usability principles, and accessibility
• Passion for Agri-Tech and interest in designing for farmers & agribusinesses
• Ability to work independently in a startup environment
