We are Michelle & Sofia, the co-founders of baeries. We met during our undergraduate studies in International Business 8 years ago and since then have had the shared vision of starting a company together. Sofia did her masters in Psychology, while I, Michelle, studied Business Innovation. Having both worked several years in different areas (Consulting, Recruiting, CRM, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, etc.) for large corporations as well as startups, we are now building up our own business. Sofia is passionate about behavioral & neuropsychology as well as system dynamics, therewith bringing the scientific lens into our startup. Being our CEO she focuses on content creation, business development, external representation and communication. I have a passion for new innovations and the more technical, number-driven side of our business. As COO, I mainly look after product development, financial and strategic planning as well as daily operations and execution.
Our vision is to provide practical insights into science in an applicable manner & to strengthen individuals' metacognition through an AI-based tracking tool.
