Having worked in sales for 8+ years, I spent the last 4 at the very top of brokers for semiconductors - supporting the largest tech companies in the DACH region handle supply chain disruptions.
Originally from Munich, Germany, I started my career in sales in a 100% commission-based role 7 years ago, initially planning on staying just a few months. Coming from a semi-professional sports background, the typical pub story of a would be superstar, if it wasn’t for all my injuries, I realised how close both industries are: Excellent leadership is crucial, competition within the team can help everyone to elevate their performance, you can only unlock your full potential if put in the right position/play to your strengths and most importantly that talent only becomes of worth when paired with a great work ethic, student mentality and a clear vision of why you do what you do.
