I'm a young entrepreneur with a background in academia (physics and maths), currently running my consultancy firm that specialises in M&A within the real estate sector and technology businesses.
I have decided adding a tech element to my business and utilise the benefits of AI and technologies in creating an algorithmic solution that will help real estate investors and developers conduct more informed decisions regarding the available real estate opportunities on the market. I already have data set ups and the general plan for the first stages of the project.
Another edge of a project I propose you to work on together, lies in implementing AI algorithms in designing a more efficient energy consumption pattern that can be sold in a form of software, helping property owners across Europe save on energy bills.
This idea will uses a similar algorithms and from a technical perspective resemble the first project. However, the implementation is different. It can be realised as a B2B SaaS
