Our world stands at more than just one crossroads. We face increasing global complexity, rising mental health challenges, and the systems we once designed so nicely around our economic goals are having us bite the bullet at every other turn.

This state of affairs is no longer tenable.

And we often feel that things are going wrong, but we have no clue where, when and sometimes even who and what happened.

Still, we have to break this cycle.

But in such situations, socially normed and established mental models can only get you and your organization so far.

The answer is as simple as it is complex and can be summed up in two words:

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

On all levels.

Personal: How are my habitual thought processes and actions overriding my natural intuition and authenticity?

Structural: What negative outcomes and unintended consequences are resulting from our current processes?

Organizational: Which systems and values in our organization are enabling these maladaptive behaviors?

The above questions are simple. Their answers are much more complex and require an outside mirror.

This is where I come in. My mission: Sparking inner renewal in leadership, culture, and marketing.

I firmly believe that entrepreneurial and leadership success is tied to the continuous expansion of one’s knowledge repository. This involves cultivating the qualities that distinguish fully developed leaders from simple non-player characters (NPCs).
