Your role: We are looking for a talented all-rounder with the potential to become a co-sponsor, who will become an integral part of our management team and take over management activities. The focus of your activity is in the B2B area, with self-initiative, creativity and the introduction of your own ideas at the centre. Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience as a manager with experience in management, controlling, project management and employee management.
- Experience in leading teams, building structures, managing change processes and dealing with stakeholders.
- At least 3 years experience as a prosecutor or managing director (von Vorteil).
Experience with financing processes of startups (von Vorteil).
- At least 3 years of experience in a company in the areas of textile production, textile finishing or sustainable products.
- At least 6 years of experience in 2 of the 4 areas described: Marketing & Communication: Building and optimizing online and offline channels, understanding relevant KPIs, Growth Hacking, and Customer Journey Oriented Marketing.
- Frontend development: e-commerce/service platforms, customer portals, close coordination of UX designers and IT developers.
- Branding & Graphics: Creative skills and sense of aesthetics and design, knowledge of graphic design software, marketing affinity.
- Textile development: design, branding, cutting development, material procurement, production process coordination, sustainability criteria.

Tasks:

- Management activities: Strategic cooperation: close cooperation with the partner in the implementation of the strategic orientation and business plan.
- Implementation of business plans: play a key role in the preparation and implementation of the next multiannual business plans from 2025.
- Team management and project management: leadership and management of the entire team, with role model for the organization.
- Increase in efficiency: ensuring efficient and efficient operation through best practices and implementation of business planning and financing objectives.
- Stakeholder cooperation: close cooperation with different stakeholders depending on the core resort (z.B. Textil- und Druckproduzenten, Marketing, IT).
- Result analysis: analysis and optimization of the results, as well as consultation with the team.

- Site development: team-building at the Munich site.
