• Strong knowledge of machine learning and generative AI technologies.
• Experience in reviewing and collaborating on software development projects, particularly MVPs or prototypes.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001, MDR, and GDPR regulations (a big plus).
• Soft Skills:
• Leadership: Ability to lead the transition of the prototype into an internally managed product.
• Innovation: A passion for exploring creative solutions in mental health tech.
• Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work with external and internal teams.
• Language Skills:
• Fluency in English is required.
• German proficiency is a big plus.
• Location: Must be based in Germany.
