Intro

My life has already taken me into a wide variety of areas. From founding a UG after my studies, to managing a theatre project and becoming a project coordinator at the Caritas association. I have completed a coaching training program, studied permaculture design and have spent the last three years as a team leader and responsible for HR. All these experiences are combined with my endless curiosity about how systems and organisations work and progressive ideas to turn companies into places where people can flourish.
