I am a researcher with background in natural and computer sciences. After being for 7 years in academia, I realized how inefficient this field is, especially when compared to tech companies. Beside many other problems, the core bottleneck of science is the ability to find and digest information, which is becoming more and more difficult as number of published papers quickly grows.
