Introduction
My name is Mario and I am a native german speaker based in Vienna/Austria. I am looking for a CTO position in a start-up as a second source of income and bring a lot of general IT and management experience accumulated over the past 20 years, as well as a "can-do" attitude. I am a pragmatic problem solver and like to see the "big picture" of things more than too much detail. When leading a team I prefer self-sufficiency over micromanagement.
I am also good with finances, legal topics, data protection topics and can easily work with people/customers. Next to my degree in business informatics (MA) I also hold certifications as requirements engineer (CRPE) and data protection officer in Austria. Also I am fluent in Englisch and used to projects on an international scale.
I have a (not too demanding, but rather flexible) full-time job, so additional positions are for the time being restricted to my free time, which I gladly invest into an idea I can get behind.
