Introduction

I am an experienced leader with great curiosity and a special passion for start-ups. In the past, I have been able to accompany companies in exponential growth as well as lead companies in difficulties back to success. Twice I have founded companies on behalf of their owners, built teams and led them to success in a short period of time. The key to success, apart from hard work, is a great team of talented people whose combined skills lead to great products and services that customers love. My passion is conquering the market with professional methods that I develop analytically beforehand. I am always hands-on, open to my team, new ideas and concepts, but never lose sight of the essentials. I feel responsible for the success of the company and the team that makes it possible.
Apart from business, the most important thing in my life is my child and my family. But I also like to challenge myself, on my racing bike, while running and swimming.
