Started as management consultant at Bain & Company, then founded, scaled and sold own company Yools.

It was later itself recognized as a best practice in academic research, books and conferences. The results: a highly engaged team, client satisfaction growing from 7,6/10 to 9,8/10 and financial performance improving from loss-making to highly profitable (>50%), all in a highly competitive market.
