Before founding PARTSCLOUD GmbH, Benjamin delivered sales & service strategies as well as turnarounds for international clients, has built and developed great teams in the service arena, and by doing so has helped companies succeed through disruptive business transformations. Having led both permanent and project teams, Benjamin collaborates with executive stakeholders, external business partners and clients and leads fast growing organizations within a constantly changing environment, and ultimately delivers results on time and within budget. Also, he has proven capabilities for win-win negotiations of major contracts with key business partners with value to the customers in mind. Benjamin loves challenging prevailing assumptions when warranted, and suggesting better approaches. He's passionate about creating an impact with great products & services based on innovation. His employees and colleagues know him for candor and directness. He is absolutely non-political when he disagrees with others and admits his own mistakes quickly. He is ego-less when searching for the best idea, while he says what he thinks even if it is controversial.
