Introduction
I'm Olivia, in Berlin-based but you can find me in Italy a lot of the time :-) Becoming a part of the Berlin startup scene during my studies has made me appreciate not only the idea of founding, but the doing-something-about-it. I have worked for several years now in fast-paced consulting environments, where I worked a lot with IT departments and providers. As an organizational psychologist, focusing on bringing technology "to the people" that is human-centered and makes life easier instead of more complicates was one of my strengths. I also supported companies in starting to implement AI for their purposes, which was a lot of fun and made me realize I'm quite tech positive after all ;-) After work I volunteer for the climate movement (Psychologists4Future), and after that I like to do sports outside, go dancing and socialize. Looking to get back into the startup scene, I'm exited!
