Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I am the co-founder of , a social eCommerce startup. I am 50% owner of the website along with my partner who owns the other 50%. We would like to give away 10-20% equity in the website, depending on skill level, to a developer who is highly knowledgable of PHP, CSS3, SQL, Javascript and overall eCommerce development from payment API integration and more. This is an equity based position, which is why we are giving away shares in the website. We have been working on the platform for 6 years now and are completely bootstrapped. We urgently need a good co-founder who has hardcore front and backend web development skills, is a logical thinker and can dedicate a minimum of about 3 hours per day for coding. Of course, as a co-founder you are flexible with your times but we at least expect that you spend your time efficiently. I am based in Frankfurt am Main and my partner in Cyprus. We have studied together in the UK and are highly passionate former eBayers. We want to re-invent commerce and we need your help. Thank you and I look forward to finding a great partner.
