- Are fast learners, resilient and adaptable. Highly self-driven, self-motivated and proactive in outlook. Thrives working in and leading teams.
- Have a strong personality with diverse facets and good communication skills.
- Are execution oriented. Appreciate the importance of goals, milestones and deadlines. Are both big picture thinkers and also have a strong drive to deliver.
- Our current co-founder team are in our mid-30s and have had previous careers. We’re similarly looking for co-founders that bring rich life experience.
- Willing to bootstrap a company until the next funding round.
Working style:
- Remote working (with regular meetups in Berlin)
- Working time zone is CEST.

What we offer you

About our project
To create a future where business-customer interactions involve truly end-to-end digital processes - starting with the housing rental market.
Domi is Europe’s first digital passport designed to simplify the rental application and tenant selection process for both property managers and tenants. Using next-generation digital identity technology, we are establishing a universal, simple and privacy preserving way to exchange verified rental data without needing to share sensitive paperwork.
The technology that underpins Domi is a new decentralised digital identity technology called Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI).
Challenges
Domi is expanding our founding team and building an advisory board in advance of our pre-seed fundraise this summer.We are also in the process of securing our first partners and are on track to commence pilot testing of Domi in 2022 ahead of a public launch.
