Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Tech Co-founder with expertise in AI/ML to join our startup as a founding member. The Tech Co-founder will work closely with the other co-founders to develop and execute the technical strategy for the company. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, strategic thinker, and strong leader with a proven track record of building and scaling technology products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of our AI/ML technology strategy and architecture, including designing, developing and testing innovative solutions and algorithms that solve complex problems
Develop and manage our data infrastructure and pipelines, including data ingestion, cleaning, processing, storage and retrieval
Collaborate with the product team to define and prioritize features and enhancements, based on customer needs, market trends and business goals
Hire, manage and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists and other technical staff, as needed
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends, tools and techniques, and drive innovation within the company
Work with the co-founders to establish company culture, values, and vision
Collaborate with the business team to develop go-to-market strategies, as well as analyze and measure product and business success
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
2 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or related field
Experience building and leading teams of AI/ML engineers and data scientists
Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools and frameworks such as Tensorflow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Keras
Experience with data management and storage technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and Hadoop
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated experience working in a startup environment, with a focus on rapid product development and iteration

Technical Leadership: The CTO is expected to provide technical leadership to the company's technology team. This includes recruiting and developing top technical talent, establishing best practices, and creating a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Collaboration: The CTO is expected to collaborate with other executives, stakeholders, and teams across the company to ensure that the technology strategy aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Risk Management: The CTO is responsible for identifying and mitigating technology-related risks, including cybersecurity risks, data privacy risks, and regulatory compliance risks.
