-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-Outstanding analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
-Knowledge or experience in the medtech/femtech market is a plus
-Experienced in areas of finance, KPIs, accounting and sales
-Fluent in English & German

-You are the key person for the business plan and the redistribution of the resulting sub-tasks to the other team members
-You own the brand, the product, the team, the strategy, etc. - you want it, you build it, you run it
