• At least 1 year of experience as an AI Architect or a comparable role
• Ideally the ability to code in Python
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, natural language processing, cognitive architectures, AI methods and trends
• Experience in designing and implementing big data architectures, metadata management, software architecture, and integration
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and behavior
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools and database technologies
• Experience in developing data and machine learning pipelines and industrializing data products
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication, teamwork and leadership skills
• The willingness to proactively learn personally and technically, no matter how good you already are
• Fluent English (German is a plus)

We are seeking a co-founding AI Architect (ideally with the ability to code as well).

As a co-founding AI Architect, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing the architecture of our joint AI Coach. You will work closely with the other co-founders to ensure that our AI products are "ahead of the game", reliable, and efficient.

• Conceptualize, design, and implement the architecture of our AI solutions
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the latest AI technologies, natural language processing, cognitive architectures, AI methods and trends
• Work closely with the other co-founders to develop AI solutions that meet the users' needs
• Collaborate with the team of developers and data scientists to ensure that our AI Coach is efficiently, effectively and continuously developed
• Have fun together working on an inspiring project with a ton of potential :o)
• Evaluate the performance of our joint AI solutions and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure that our AI solutions are scalable and secure
• Provide guidance and mentorship to other members of the team on AI architecture and best practices
• Ideally, especially in the beginning, code software yourself
