- 7+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in technology, intellectual property, or the entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of AI technology, deepfake technology, and their legal implications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passionate about technology, innovation, and the potential of AI in the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage the company's legal strategy and operations.
- Oversee all legal aspects of the business, including intellectual property, contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including partnership agreements, licensing deals, and vendor contracts.
- Advise the executive team on legal matters related to company strategy, product development, and business expansion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection, intellectual property, and privacy.
- Build and manage a legal team as the company grows, while working closely with external counsel as needed.
