Senior AI Developer wanted for Innovative and individual AI Solutions

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience (degree not mandatory).
- Extensive experience in software development, with a strong background in Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
- Proven leadership skills in a technical environment, with experience in mentoring and supporting other developers.
- In-depth knowledge of Generative AI, including experience with tools like ChatGPT, LangChain libraries, and cloud-based AI services.
- Demonstrated ability to manage critical tasks and make impactful decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying ahead in the field of AI.
- Fluent English is essential, German is beneficial.

Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement complex AI solutions, demonstrating advanced skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages, focusing on automation and scalability in service-oriented projects.
- Act as a technical senior developer on projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and overseeing critical development tasks.
- Provide hands-on mentoring and support to other developers, sharing expertise and promoting best practices in AI development.
- Engage in the full lifecycle of AI projects, from initial design through to deployment and ongoing support.
- Champion innovation by incorporating the latest in Generative AI, including ChatGPT, LangChain libraries, and Azure OpenAI.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into diverse technological environments.
- Play a pivotal role in the technical aspects of strategic decision-making and project planning related to AI.
