Key Qualifications:

Extensive experience in software development, with a portfolio demonstrating a history of technical excellence.
Strong technical leadership and the ability to drive software architecture and design.
A deep understanding of full-stack development processes and familiarity with both front-end and back-end technologies.
Experience with IoT (Internet of Things) and hardware integration is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in developing scalable systems that handle complex data processing.
A keen eye for detail in product design, ensuring the deliverance of compelling and user-friendly products.
A history of working in product-focused environments, contributing to product strategy, and translating business concepts into technical solutions.
Leadership and Collaboration:

Proven track record of leading a technology team through various stages of growth, from early-stage startups to scaled operations.
Ability to work closely with a cross-functional team, integrating technical with creative design elements.
Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical visions to both technical and non-technical partners.
Entrepreneurial Spirit:

An entrepreneurial mindset with experience in agile and lean startup environments.

As the Chief Technology Officer at ZESTUM, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities that are pivotal to our success in the digital scent technology industry. You will not only lead our technology vision but also be hands-on in shaping our product’s future.


Strategic Leadership:

Establish the company’s technical vision and lead all aspects of technological development.
Develop strategic plans and set timelines for evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical, web, and mobile services.
Anticipate and react to major technology changes.


Team Management and Development:

Build and lead a high-performing team of engineers and developers.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and mentor team members to grow their skills and careers.
Ensure team accountability and ownership of projects, promoting a hands-on, problem-solving approach.


Operational Management:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.
Ensure that technological resources meet the company’s short and long-term needs.
Create and enforce guidelines for IT and system infrastructure security.

Product Development:

Oversee the development and delivery of robust and scalable software solutions.
Work closely with the product design team to innovate and refine product offerings.
Lead the integration of complex digital scent technologies into user-friendly consumer products.


Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with other department heads, such as marketing, business development, and operations as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide leadership to the business by being a strong voice in the product and business strategy meetings.
Communicate the company’s technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders.
