• Provide scientific expertise on soil nutrients, fertilizers, and plant protection. • Work with ML Engineers & Data Scientists to develop AI-driven recommendations for farmers. • Analyze soil health, plant growth, and disease prevention to create smart farming strategies. • Validate sensor data & satellite insights to ensure accurate recommendations.
• Design and develop AI/ML models for soil health analysis, crop monitoring, weather prediction, and resource optimization. • Work with large datasets, including geospatial, IoT, satellite, and historical farming data. • Implement and optimize predictive and prescriptive analytics to support decision-making in agriculture. • Preprocess, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured agricultural data. • Develop and maintain data pipelines for real-time and batch processing. • Work with cloud-based data storage, ETL, and big data processing frameworks. • Train, evaluate, and fine-tune models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency. • Deploy models into production using MLOps best practices. • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI-powered insights into mobile and web applications. • Experiment with deep learning, computer vision, and remote sensing technologies for crop health assessment. • Optimize algorithms for low-latency inference and real-time decision-making.
We are looking for a technical co-founder who wants to build a product and company which will revolutionize how sales is done in B2B / consulting. We have a prototype and a significant customer pipeline with a potential annual revenue of 1.6 mio € already. So you would be part of a co-founding team in a fast growing startup! We want to hire additional development resources in the next few months and involve external service providers which we already have as well. So part of your tasks then would be leading the product development, architecture design and operation of the software. Additionally, you would be part of overall company strategy decisions.
