CTO wanted for Real Estate Platform

We prioritize trust, transparency, and a friendly approach to working together. Therefore, we are urgently seeking someone who not only works from A to Z but also a visionary and co-founder willing to decide with us about the future of the company and set its direction.

We're starting from scratch technologically. This means that no lines of code have been written so far. There are no limits, and you can fully realize your ideas.

Translation:

For a new web application startup targeting the DACH market, we are currently seeking 1-2 frontend and backend developers to join as CTO, co-founders, and equal owners.

The envisioned product aims to be an innovative platform for the sale and rental of real estate.

To this end, we already offer a fully developed concept including market analyses, proof-of-concept use cases, and a detailed structure.

Upon signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), we are happy to present our pitch to you.

We already have a fully developed user experience (including edge case definitions) and a corporate identity with a developed UI library.

The name is already registered with the DPMA, legally secure texts have been provided by our lawyer, and the initial sales structures have been established.

The company has not yet been founded. Additionally, the complete tech stack is still open and can be defined by you/all of you.

Given our recent disappointment with personnel, it's worth noting that we are NOT looking for an agency, but rather seeking someone to collaborate with us, who is willing to take the next steps in the right direction and is genuinely ready to invest time in the project.
