IT:
-Investorensuche, englischsprachige Präsentationen für Investoren
-Prototyp, MVP, Softwareentwicklung (hier brauche ich eine Person, um die Software zu entwickeln oder die erste Kontaktperson bei der Entwicklung zu sein - um die Entwicklung zu leiten).
-Nach Fertigstellung der Software einen IT-Manager, der sich um alles rund um die Lösung kümmert.

BUSINESS:
-Investorensuche, englischsprachige Präsentationen für Investoren
Vertriebsspezialist / Business Developer, der die erstellte Software später vermarkten kann, Pricing- und Marketingstrategie entwickelt -Deutschland, DACH, weltweit. Bei evtl. Wachstum des Unternehmens leitende Funktion für Sales, Marketing, Business Development.

-Prototype, MVP, software development (here I need a person to develop the software or be the first contact person in the development - to lead the development).

Da ich noch keine Investoren habe, biete ich pro Mitgründer eine Beteiligung nach Absprache an.
Ich hoffe Unterstützer zu finden, die bereits Erfahrung mit Startups haben. (Es wird mein erstes Startup sein) Wenn sie sich mit IT und Gesundheitswesen auskennen umso besser.

ENGLISH:
As I do not yet have any investors, I am offering per co-founder Equity by arrangement.

Simplification and acceleration of the creation of care and action planning through pictograms, templates and automatic creation of Forms and Texts.

Pictogram based care and action planning is the "few clicks and done" solution long awaited by care professionals, as everything is created automatically in the background using marked and classified pictograms (text descriptions, susceptibilities, care degree determination, action planning, prognosis/care goals). Template systems are provided to further accelerate the marking process.

Challenges

I am looking for an investor and am in the Pre-Seed phase (Business Angel or VC).
Challenges: Foundation, software development, worldwide patent application, operating costs, personnel costs, marketing, sales.

Target group

1. HIS manufacturers (hospital information systems) and nursing documentation software manufacturers:
-Sale of licenses to software solution,
-Sale of licenses to patent,
-Sale of the software solution and startup (exit)

2. Hospitals, retirement homes, outpatient care, rehab:
-Sale of licenses to software solution.
