About our project

Job hunting shouldn't be a hassle – it should be fun and easy. That's why we built Ecxit to present job ads as visuals, and help solve the ghosting problem

Ecxit is a job ad platform featuring engaging visuals instead of traditional text ads, complemented by 130-character JobBites and searchable TalentTags (similar to hashtags). Ecxit reduces ghosting by requiring ads to include a contact name and number, enabling direct communication before and after applying. Ecxit enables ad comments, boosting engagement and transparency

Target group
We avoid labels like “Gen Z” to define our audience. Ecxit is designed for those frustrated with job sites that present boring, uninspiring, text-heavy ads, as well as those dissatisfied with sites that preach flexible work practices or claim to match jobs to your preferences but often fall short. Ecxit offers vibrant, visually engaging job listings tailored for users who prefer fresh, dynamic, and succinct adverts. Additionally, we see potential in using niche styles, such as anime or manga, to better engage specific interests
