What you bring to the team

We are looking for a talented open minded and creative developer that is ready to take over full responsibility of the technical aspect of the startup as a Chief Technical Officer(CTO). The CTO must present initiative and leadership skills which will be needed when we hire the development team post-investment. As of the technical stack we look for:

Frontend: React
Backend: Laravel or Next.js
Databases: SQL (Aurora, CockroachDB) and NoSQL (DynamoDB or MongoDB)
Cloud: AWS for infrastructure, with services like S3 (storage), DynamoDB (NoSQL), RDS (SQL), etc.
You have strengths in...

What awaits you

The third co founder will handle the technical aspect of the startup: creation of the platform's MVP version and further pre-investment developments, hiring and managing technical team post-investment and lead technical R&D.

What we offer you

We are willing to split the equity equally between the three of us (33.33% each) as long as the CTO proves efficiency and talent.
NB.: Extensive Cliff Vesting will be involved.

About our project

BCHMN has a goal to develop the most cost effective and easy-to-use DPP handling platform and turn the cost of compliance into UX investment.

Our startup aims to minimize the cost of compliance for companies falling under the future European Digital Product Passport(DPP) regulation. We create a platform that monitors regulational requirements, extracts, stores and uploads traceability and sustainability data to a structured DPP format for customer access. BCHMN has a goal to develop the most cost effective and easy-to-use DPP handling platform and turn the cost of compliance into UX investment.

Challenges
The potential of the forming market is attracting a lot of competitors EU-wide already. The main challenges are to develop MVP fast and acquire companies for pilots.
